to the Oesterle's,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Uncle Clare's passing, but am rejoicing that he has joined Aunt Lucy, Grandpa and Grandma O.(Bernie and Mamie), and my sister, Suzie, in God's grace.
I keep with me fond memories of the annual Fox Run family reunions which were always the highlight of my summers.
Uncle Clare's genuine kindness, zest for life, and positive attitude had a huge impact on me. As I graduated from Illinois State University and made my way aimlessly to Michigan, I will never forget the powerful words Uncle Clare left me with, "You can do anything you want to do, Wendy." He was truly an inspiration in my life.
Along with Tim and Brianna, our prayers and thoughts are with you all as you grieve your loss.

To the Oesterle boys,
I was so sorry to hear about Clare today, and it is too late to attend the funeral. I remember he and some, if not all, of you made the trips to Illinois for both my Grandma (Mamie) and Grandpa(Burnell) Oestere's memorial services. Although I could not be there, my thoughts are with you all.

I had the privilege of working at Tri-City for a year and during that time I always admired Mr. Oesterle's kindness and gentle spirit. May God bless you and give you peace during this sad season.
