Connie Ingram Obituary

Connie Rae Ingram

May 28, 1941 - March 2, 2025

Constance (Connie) Rae (Oliver) Ingram, age 83, of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away on March 2, 2025.

Connie was born May 28, 1941. She grew up in Valparaiso, raised her family in Portage, IN, and moved to Missouri for the last several years of her life. She graduated from Valparaiso High School and Indiana University in Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

On August 10, 1963 she married the love of her life, Ken Ingram, and began a lifetime of wonderful memories. Connie enjoyed being a wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Woodland Park Promenaders. She enjoyed square dancing, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Connie is survived by her daughters: Kelly (Matt) Vincent, Tracy Wellinghurst, and Ginger (Bill) Stocky, grandchildren Lauren (Grant) Simon, Brian Vincent, Mallory and Jordan Stocky, sister Nancy Knaak, great-grandson Logan Simon, and two nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband Ken and her parents Newman and Violet (Graham) Oliver.

There will be a private family Celebration of Life for Connie at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the "Portage Backpack Program".
