DANIEL B. De BOER CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL Daniel B. De Boer, age 57, of Chicago Heights passed away Saturday, July 21, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Ann (nee Brouwer); two daughters: Katie (Dan) Eenigenburg and Michele (Tonny) Sserwadda; granddaughter, Abby Eenigenburg; father, Simon De Boer; one brother, Robert N. (Eva) De Boer; and one sister, Ruth M. De Boer. Dan is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in- law: Harold (Ann) Brouwer; sisters-in-law: Kathie (Fred) Postma, Sharon (Albert) Van Wieren, Beverly (Robert Feikens, and Brenda (Edward) Wenerski; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Alice; and son, Josh. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, 3500 Glenwood Lansing Road, Lansing, IL with Rev. Herman Schutt officiating. Private interment at Oakridge Cemetery, Lansing. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 3:00-9:00 p.m. at Bethel CRC. Dan was a longtime active member of Bethel CRC. He was the founder and president of DB Marketing. Dan enjoyed farming, loved flying, and with his son, Josh, is now soaring on wings like eagles.
