David Breedlove Obituary

David L. Breedlove Cedar Lake, IN David L. Breedlove, age 68 of Cedar Lake, passed away Friday June 1, 2007. Survived by one son Mike (Dianna) Breedlove of Cedar Lake; one daughter Colleen (Bill) Zick of Cedar Lake; five grandchildren: Lauren, Samatha, and Taylor Zick and Karlie and Ryan Breedlove; ex-wife Hilde Ramusack; one aunt Jean Thomas of West Lake, OH. Preceded in death by his mother and father and his beloved pet "Louie". Services will be held Wednesday June 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Burdan Funeral Home, with Pastor Tom Shanahan officiating. Cremation will follow. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday June 5, 2007 from 3-8 p.m. at the Burdan Funeral Home, 12901 Wicker Ave (corner of Rt. 41 and 129th Ave.) Cedar Lake, IN. Dave was a retired Diesel Mechanic and was also employed by the Town of Cedar Lake Street Department for six years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army for six years. A member of the Cedar Lake Amvets post #`15 and the Cedar lake American Legion post 261 also the Cedar Lake Eagles. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren "Opie" as he was affectionately called and his loving family and many friends. For further information call 219-374-5518.
