May the Lord continue to bless and keep your family in this time of sorrow. Dr. Floyd was a true humanitarian, a wonderful doctor and friend. Through the years, he helped to care for hundreds of families, including mine, and his contribution to the citizens of Hammond will be forever missed. May the peace of the Lord be with you always.

To The Manley Family

While looking on line I saw Dr. Manley's Name and I was sadden that Dr. Manley had passed. I remember my Aunt Iola Collins was a patient of Dr. Manley for a long time. Then when I was on my own Dr. Manley became my doctor I seen him until he stop practing and he became ill. He was a very kind and friendly person always the same. If you called he would get you in or he would refer you to someone else. I will truly miss Dr. Manley but now he does not have to suffer anymore. I will keep the family in prayer. Take care and God Bless the entire Manley Family.
