Dear Debbie,
I was so sad to hear the terrible news about Frank. You both were so helpful to my mother and to me, and to my terminally ill wife when we lived next door to you in Calumet City. You and Frank were always such kind and helpful spirits. I will miss him very much. Please take comfort in the fact that your friends and family are always there to share in your pain. And to share in the wonderful memories as well. Please call if there is anything Delilah and I can do for you.
Love,
Patrick Owens

My hearfelt condolences to the family for your loss over the passing of Frank.
Frankie was my friend at St. Andrews, and he was always so funny and great to sit next to in class. Whenever we got to choose who to sit next to, we found each other -- he always made me laugh so much all the time.
As third graders, I remember that cold, dreary November afternoon when JFK was shot and the principal's voice piped in over the P.A. I remeber Frankie just like people remember that day, just like it was yesterday---what you were doing, and who you were doing it with. That JFK moment in my life was shared with Frankie B.
We had an art coloring project and Frankie and I were paired together, doing the usual: fooling around and laughing real hard about stuff.
Rest in peace, Frank Bulczak.

DEBBIE,
I AM SO SORRY. I CAN'T BELIEVE HE'S GONE. IT SEEMS LIKE JUST YESTERDAY HE WAS TELLING ME THAT HE COULDN'T WAIT TO RETIRE TO KENTUCKY WITH YOU.
HE WAS SO HAPPY. HE WAS SUCH A GOOD MAN, A DEAR FRIEND. DEVOTED TO YOU AND TO THE WHITE SOX. WE HAD A LOT OF LAUGHS. I KNOW HE IS IN HEAVEN WITH FAMILY MEMBERS, ALL HIS FRIENDS FROM JOHN VICTOR'S BAR AND FROM THE LOCKERROOM AND WITH HIS FELLOW GOLFERS. I GUESS GOD DECIDED HE WANTED FRANK TO RETIRE IN HEAVEN. GOD'S GAIN IS TRULY OUR LOSS. GOD BLESS YOU AND THE REST OF HIS FAMILY AND MAY HE REST IN PEACE.

When I did my internship at the Burnham P.D. Frank was in charge of me. Not a day went by when he made me laugh. Frank was an awesome man.
