FRANK GEORGE PAULAUSKI, JR. ROLLING PRAIRIE, IN
Frank George Paulauski, Jr., 86, of Rolling Prairie, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016 at his home. Frank was born in East Chicago, IN, on August 16, 1929 to Frank George and Lottie (Swierski) Paulauski, Sr. On November 6, 1954 in Gary, IN, he married Mary Hottendorf who preceded him in death on February 14, 2010. Surviving are his beloved children: Patricia (Wade) Blaker of Rolling Prairie and Thomas (Terri) Paulauski of Marengo, IL; six grandchildren: Tasha Mannia, Nicole (Luke) Snyder, Kristin (RJ) Pate, David, Leah and Molly Paulauski; four great grandchildren: Jared Koehn, Ashlyn Mannia, Peyton and Aubrey Snyder; nephew, Don Paulauski, Jr.; niece, Ann Marie Burns; and brother, Don Paulauski, Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and sister, Janet Paulauski. Frank was a Quality Control Supervisor for Inland Steel retiring after 43 years. He was a US Army veteran during the Korean War. Frank enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping, and especially woodworking. A cremation committal has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Jeff Zigler officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Door Village Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the First Church of God, 2020 E. Lincolnway, La Porte, IN 46350.
