FRANK TIMKOVICH ST. JOHN/MUNSTER, IN
Frank Timkovich, age 88, of St. John, formerly of Munster, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Timkovich; step daughter, Michelle (Robert) Manchak; stepson, Marc (Cindy) Suty; loving grandchildren: Jeff and Jen Manchak; brother, Joe Timkovich; caretaker, Linda Lober; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Preceded in death by his first loving wife, Clara Timkovich; parents: John and Helen Timkovich; two sisters and six brothers. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe), Munster, IN and Thursday morning from 9:30-10:00 a.m. at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Evangelist Church, St. John, IN; Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Frank was the former owner and operator of the Shell Gas Station in Indiana Harbor. He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, was a former member of St. Thomas More Church and member of St. John Evangelist Church. Please omit flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Carmelite Home for Girls or St. John Evangelist Church in Frank' memory would be appreciated. www.kishfuneralhome.net
