CROWN POINT, IN - Frank B. Wiechecki, age 91, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Wiechecki (nee Marolewski); loving daughter, Lynn (Larry) Luebcke; grandchildren: Heather (Nathan) Charles, Brandon (Nicole) Luebcke; great-grandchildren: Beckett, Hadley, Isla, and another very soon.
Frank was preceded in death by his baby girl silent; and sister, Clara Mikulski.
Frank worked as a butcher in his young days in his parent's market. Frank graduated from Butler University College of Pharmacy. He went on to own many drugstores in his lifetime before retirement. He was a past member of many pharmaceutical clubs and Gary Sportsmen Club. Frank enjoyed his coin, stamp and Polish eagle collections. He was an avid White Sox fan. He loved traveling with his wife, especially on the 27 cruises they shared. He was a Korean War Veteran. Frank and Phyllis were married 68 years with love and care and will always be remembered in his daughter's heart.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday, June 10, 2024, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7667 E 109th Ave, Crown Point, IN, 46307, from 9:30 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
Private burial to take place for Frank's family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Frank's name to Alzheimer's Association, www.alzint.org.

To remember Frank as a fun, loving person. Happy memories fill my heart. My husband Richard and I enjoyed our get togethers with Frank and Phyllis in Chicago, Il. Many years have gone, but are kept in my heart forever.

Lynn and family, So sorry and my condolences on your loss. I remember Uncle Frankie and what a good soul he was to the entire family, he will be missed. I am unable to attend due to a work commitment but I will keep him in my prayers.
