My sympathy to the Tipfer and Velligan families on the loss of Fred. My mother married your grandfather Ernest Tipfer in 1949 so saw Fred & James grow up.Then your grandfather & my mother moved to Fl.and I lost touch. God Bless. Joan Bernacki

I cannot even think of a time that it was not "Dennis and Freddy" together in our family. So, so much we all experienced together....especially as kids.....and wow those Velligan Christmas get togethers!
Freddy, you fulfilled your calling from God. He gave you a cross to bear and you not only accepted it, you made the best of it for 64 years. Because of that, you now have a very high place in heaven.--- Just where you deserve to be.
Hope to see you again.

No one could have been a better brother. You will be missed forever. I am glad I had these last few years with you. I miss my sidekick whenever I bike to the food store or Walmart or the Malls. Will take very good care of your Salsa she misses you too. Rest in Peace, Brother.

You will be missed.Prayers are with your family. I remember searching for you in every 4th of July parade until you moved to Arizona. It was one of the highlights of that parade for me.
