Not sure what to say?

Charles and Rebecca Tharp

I had to say good-bye to my brother nearly a year ago. I could not put into words all of the emotions I felt at the time. Many I still have, and memories I hope to never forget.
His contagious laughter, the ability to find good in everyone, always willing to lend a hand, a shoulder to lean on, or a ear to listen.
Woody's zest for life was as large as his smile and his heart, and no matter how down I may have gotten his prescense always raised my spirits.
Though a large void was left in our lives, something's we are sure of, the love he had for his wife, his children, grandchildren and all of us that he knew as family and friends. We take comfort in knowing, that we will see you again someday. Until then we keep you close in our hearts. We Love and Miss you so much.
Your Brother Chuck, Sister-in-Law Rebecca, and your Nephew Big Jake.

What an amazing legacy Woody leaves behind. He was a hard working, honest man who could ALWAYS be counted upon by his family, friends and neighbors.

A pillar of his community, this well-respected family man is someone that Highland, Indiana can proudly call a native son.

On a personal level, I will miss him, his wit, his jokes and the many conversations about our Chicagoland sports teams, muscle cars, and classic rock 'n' roll.

My deepest condolances to Roxanne, their children and grandchildren, who now have to move ahead in their lives without this wonderful man.

But forge on they will, because they are Tharps, a strong and hearty bunch who can always count on their neighbors to be there for them, as Woody had always been for us.

God bless Woody and the loving family he leaves behind. We were all fortunate to have known him.
