GUADALUPE GAMEZ Memoriam
11/6/1934 - 3/17/2011 As I remember you on your first anniversary in Heaven, I reflect on the memories I hold dear to our hearts. You were the matriarch of the GAMEZ family and loved by all your friends. We miss your presence and parties that included tequila shots, rancheras, mariachi music, and your signature song "Paloma Negra". We will forever remember these times with happy tears. You may have measured at 4' 9" but you stood tall with Amazing Grace. I often think about how unbelievably lucky I am to have had such a "Sister", aunt, friend, in my life. You certainly were a rare gift of God. May you enjoy the coming years in the Lord's presence and sing with the Angels. Miss you Aunt Lupe. We always loved to come and visit you from Green Bay. You brought Ryley her first birthday cake (a strawberry cake of course) and pinata for her party. Living in Florida, I did not know Lupe had Passed a year ago. She was my Secretary when I was the Executive Secretary, Asst.Chief with the E.C.
Police. 1967-1972. Could not have had a more efficient,caring, loyal associate.I grieve this late date.
