HELEN RAY MERRILLVILLE, IN Helen Ray, age 97, of Merrillville, IN passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014. Helen is survived by her daughter: Linda (Roger) Fieser of Arlington Heights, IL; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister: Mary Vorkapich of Portage, IN; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: Leonard; daughter: Judy Hettenbach; and three sisters: Josephine Gibbons, Betty Sajda, and Ann Gratner. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 200 E. 78th Ave., Merrillville, IN 46410 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Jon Plavcan officiating. Interment will take place at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville, IN. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Geisen Funeral Home in Merrillville, IN.
