Jacqueline "Jackie" Stiener

Jacqueline "Jackie" Stiener, 78, of Shelby, Ind., passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025.

She is survived by her husband, David; daughter, Shannon Stiener; brothers, Jerry (Theresa) Cross, Chuck (Rose) Cross, Zip Cross, Jamee (Rhonda) Cross; sister in law, Lynette (Ray) Barkey, Shelley Culver; brother in law, Paul (Pam) Stiener; and numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her son, Chad Stiener; parents, Buzz and Louise Cross; sister, Pam McNeely; brother, Craig Cross; sister in law, Gail Cross; brother in law, Danny Culver; nephews, Dean Cross, Blake Stiener, Dale Smith.

Jackie retired from USPS after 30 years, 23 years were spent as the Shelby Postmaster. She was also a 25 year member of the Shelby Volunteer Fire Dept. She will be greatly missed by all. Hugs and Slobbers until we meet again.

Visitation, Wednesday, September 17th from 2 to 8 p.m., with funeral service Thursday, 11 a.m., all at Sheets Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, Ind. Burial will follow in Orchard Grove Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Shelby Library for memorial books or the Shelby Volunteer Fire Dept.
