June Caudill Obituary

June Caudill Lake Station June Caudill, age 78, of Lake Station passed away Thursday, January 20, 2005 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart. June was an area resident for the past 55 years and retired from Gateway Industries in Michigan City with 13 years of service. She was a Republican Poll Worker on election days in Lake Station for many years and enjoyed gardening and yard work. She is survived by her daughters, Connie (Paul) Anderson of Michigan City, IN, Ann (Dave) Oldham of Portage and a son, Dewey (Valerie) Neely of Dallas, Texas, five beloved grandsons; Mike (Jane) Grennes, David (Tracy) Oldham, Don (Candy) Grennes, Todd (Joanna) Grennes, Brian Oldham, one beautiful granddaughter, Heather Neely; nine precious great-grandchildren and her constant companion, Mitzie. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, with Pastor Gene Tanner officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Portage. Visitation is Monday from 3:00-9:00 p.m. (please note change in day) at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
