Dear Gary, Denise, Gloria, and Family,
Thank you very much for calling to let me know of June's death. June and Kenneth were wonderful neighbors for many years and among my parents' best friends. They certainly enjoyed their many evenings spent playing pinochle together and with other friends during their monthly "card club." Of course, their shared livelihood as farmers gave them another common interest and bond. I remember many visits with your parents and many nights babysitting with Gary and Gloria. I also remember many telephone conversations between my mother and June. She always seemed to know about many things happening in the farming neighborhood. She had a great laugh and usually had a "treat" for the neighbor girls.
May you find comfort in your memories, family, friends, and faith. And, remember that: "There would be no grief if there had not first been love."
