KERMIT CLARK RAY HESSVILLE, IN Kermit Clark Ray age 67 of Hessville, passed away on Monday October 31, 2016 after an extended illness. He was born on September 12, 1949 to Kermit and Katherine (nee Carr) Ray. He is survived by his children: Amy (Jim) Harris and Jeffrey Ray; step children Tracy Szczudlak and Scott Bruce; six grandchildren; one great grandson, and by his brother Kevin Ray of North Carolina. He will be dearly missed by his longtime companion and friend Cecelia King. He was preceded in death by his brother Kerry Allen Ray and by his granddaughter McKenna Katherine Ray. Kermit was retired from Inland Steel after 30 years as a pipefitter. He loved the Oakland Raiders and living and gambling in Las Vegas. Per Kermit's wishes, his cremains will be scattered in Vegas. Friends and family are invited to join in a celebration of Kermit's life on Saturday November 12, 2016 at the Depot Bar and Grill located at 520 E.
