Linda Ewen Obituary

Linda L. Ewen (Shake) 68 years old of Highland, IN, formally from Whiting, IN Schererville, IN, Chapin, South Carolina and Mt. Juliet Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Saturday October 11, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Linda is preceded in death by her loving husband Gene Ewen, parents David "Wesley" and Adalin "Sis" Shake, sister Nanci "Sue" Moore, and son Brook Ewen.

Linda is survived by her loving sister and best friend, Terri Lynn Shake of Hobart, IN, children Brent (Annie) Ewen, Blair (Kristie) Ewen, brother in law David Moore, numerous nieces and nephews. Special honorary family members Ron and Pam (Stevie) Delhaye of Hobart, Rodney White and Wendi Knorr of Hobart, her oldest and dearest friend of 58 years Judy LeNeave of Valparaiso and her fur babies Joey Bishop and Harley of Hobart.

Linda was a source of love, laughter, and strength to all who knew and loved her.

Linda's kindness, beautiful spirit, loyalty, gentle heart and kind soul will be forever remembered and fiercely missed by her family and friends.

Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.

May she rest in eternal peace.
