Margaret Teglas Obituary

Margaret Teglas Crown Point, IN Margaret Teglas, age 96, of Crown Point, passed away at Wittenburg Lutheran Village in Crown Point, Saturday December 30, 2006. Margaret was a member of the St. John United Church of Christ in Crown Point and retired from the Lake County Home after 37 years of service. Margaret enjoyed her many travels, baking and especially the work she was involved in at church. Margaret was preceded in death by her sisters Charlotte Nagy and Sophie Teglas. Margaret will be dearly missed by her loving family: two children: William (Mary Ann) Teglas of Portage, Margaret "Marge" (Richard) Becker of Crown Point; three grandchildren: John (Tammy) Teglas of Indianapolis; Debbie (Terry) Filipas of Kouts; Robin (Fabian) Martinez of Hobart; five great-grandchildren: Andrew and Kayla Teglas, Katie Filipas, Ava and Ella Martinez; special niece Patty Fischer of Crown Point; many other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 3, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. NOON DIRECTLY at the Crown of Life Chapel located at the Wittenburg Lutheran Village, 1200 E. Luther Drive, Crown Point, with John Starr officiating. Burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery, Crown Point. Friends may visit with the family Wednesday January 3, 2007 at the Crown of Life Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:00 p.m. NOON.
