My thoughts and prayers to Marion's family on his loss. Marion was a great person and officer. I met Marion as his trainer with his K9 for the Highland Police Dept back in 1978. Fun times sorry to hear he is gone.

My sympathies to Cookie and the rest of Step's family. Step was one of the first supervisors I had at Highland PD. He was tough on us, but fair. His expectations made a bunch of us better cops because of that. He always wanted what was best for us. I always appreciated that of him. I hope that all of you find some comfort in the knowledge many are keeping you in their thoughts and prayers at this sad time, and in the many good memories you all must have.
