To the Shobe family,

I had the pleasure of teaching both Shobe children, now adults. I remember your mom as being a wonderfully supportive parent for our school system. The love for her children was evident by her enthusiastic participation at school events. Danny and Jennifer, I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Shobe, please know we always appreciated your wife's involvement. May God bless your family.

Jan and I are very sorry for your loss. We will always remember her riding her bike down 7 mile road all the time, and seeing her up on the altar doing her thing.

We just became neighbors this past summer but Mary Lou was a very sweet person. We would see her walking her dog all the time and she would feed our chickens scraps every so often.
She will be sadly missed.
Wish we would have gotten to know each other better.

Dearest Don, Jenny and Danny,
We are so so sad about Mary Lou. You were one of our first friends when we moved to Wheeler. I foundly remember carpooling Jimmy and Jenny to Kindergarten and then again 8 years later to Andrean. I always enjoyed talking to Mary Lou when she rode her bike or walked by our house, especially in the summer. Our deepest sympathy. Please, let us know if there is anything we can do.

It is with great sadness that Mrs. Mary Lou Shobe has passed away. My daughter attended her last 2nd grade class at Nativity. We have been following all journal entries since her accident. We very much enjoyed her outgoing spirit and love for life. She will be greatly missed.

Words cannot express how much.

Please accept our most sincere condolences at this very sad time in your families life.

We pray for you... and we will search for Mary Lou in our life everlasting.

Mrs.Shobe was my second grade teacher. I am now in fifth grade, and she was the best second grade teacher you could ask for! Mrs. Shobe read some of the best books ever in school we are reading "Best Christmas Pagent Ever" and she read that to me in second grade. I am going to miss her so much!! There are not enough words in the world on how great of a teacher she was! Mrs. Shobe we'll miss you.

Dear Shobe family,
Words cannot express my feelings of sorrow right now. Know that Mary Lou was loved by many people. I will always treasure our lunchtime and after school talks at Nativity. She was a very dear, kind, and helpful person. She is now at peace with the Lord. God bless you during this time of mourning and always.
Love,
Tina Pogue and family
