Milica Obradovic Obituary

Milica Obradovic Highland Milica Obradovic, age 87, of Highland, IN, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Rade; three children: Smiljana (George) Pilja of Naperville, IL, Brana Obradovic of Naperville, IL and Dragan (Bogdanka) Obradovic of Mesa, AZ; four grandchildren: George, Mark, Danica and Dragana; sister, Jovanka Malinovic of Milwaukee, WI; brothers: Jovo Piplica of England and Stevo Piplica of Serbia and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery Church in Libertyville, IL, with V. Rev. Dragoljub Popovich, officiating. At rest St. Sava Cemetery. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home, 7607 W. Lincoln Highway, Schererville, IN. (Rt. 30 east of Cline Avenue) and Pomen prayer service Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. Milica was a member of the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, Schererville and a member of the Circle of Serbian Sisters.
