Porfirio Vargas Obituary

PORFIRIO VARGAS, JR. EAST CHICAGO, IN
Porfirio Vargas, age 60, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at his home. He is survived by his loving children: Frances (Evey) Pena, Angel Stabolito, Raymond Vargas; brothers and sisters: Carmen Reyes, Angel Luis Vargas, Rosara (Hector) Soler, William and Awilda Vargas, Ruben (Elizabeth) Vargas, and David (Carmen) Vargas and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Porfirio and Daniela Vargas. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the Oleska- Pastrick Funeral Home, 3934 Elm St., East Chicago, IN (one block North of Columbus Dr.- US12), with the Rev. David Vargas officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. For further information call Oleska-Pastrick Funeral Home (219) 398-0938.
