ROSE CAUDILL (NEE HOLLOWAY) CEDAR LAKE, IN Rose Caudill, nee Holloway, age 68, of Cedar Lake, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Ed; children: Edward (Samantha) Caudill of Salt Lake City, UT and Shileena K. Armida (Jay) Shuttz of North Judson, IN; grandchildren: Richard, Briena, Sere and Dionica; and brother, Dan (Cathy) Holloway of Cedar Lake, IN. Graveside services will be held Friday, August 21, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. Directly at German Methodist Church in Cedar Lake, Pastor Tom Shanahan, officiating. Rose was a friend to everyone she met. She had a heart of gold. Donations to the Diabetes Research Fund in Rose's memory are welcomed. Burdan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.burdanfuneralhome.com

Rose Caudill was the best friend that anyone could ever have. She has been my friend since 4th grade of school. We never had a bad word about each other. She will be deeply missed by my children & me. I love you Rosie.
