Rosetta Hotler Obituary
Rosetta "Tootie" Hotler, 72, of Lowell, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016. She is survived by her children: Jeff of Schererville, Sarah (Vincent) O'Neil of Cincinnati, OH and Darrell of Lowell; grandchildren: Danny and Jennifer Hotler and great granddaughters: Makylah and Alaya Andrews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Tom and Mary Tuttle; siblings: Sharon Hanson, Mary Ann Henry, Helen Louise and Thomas Robert. Rosetta was a School Bus Driver with Tri Creek School Corp. for 25 years, a Beautician and owner of Pit Stop Print Shop. A member of the American Legion Post #101, The Indian Trail Grange, Southlake families in Action founding member, National Family Partnership, DAR, Lowell Historical Society, NW Indiana Genealogical Society and enjoyed gardening and crafting. Visitation, Friday, October 28, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell. A Graveside Service will take place in Goodland Cemetery, Saturday at 11:00AM CST in Goodland, IN. Luncheon to follow at The Indian Trail Grange, 109 E 181st Ave; Lowell, Indiana 46356. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Anthony Hospice. www.sheetsfuneral.com

Deepest sympathy to Tootie's family. She was a very giving person always taking on community issues and putting in the energy to get others involved. God bless.

Rosetta was a kind friend. She made our choir shirts for many years. She even donated a couple for those who couldn't afford them. She donated flag pins for the students who sang the National Anthem at our games to thank them for their patriotism. She will be missed.
