Troy Wayne Pendley GARY, IN - Troy Wayne Pendley, 72, of Gary, IN, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017. He is survived by: his beloved wife Debbie, caring sons Steven (Holly) Pendley and Carl Pendley, devoted daughter Amandalyn (Jason) Cannon; thirteen grandchildren; brothers, Jerry (Marcia) Pendley and Neal (Toby) Pendley, and sisters Carolyn McMahel, Peggy (Bill) Fausten, Nedra Richardson, Debby (Warren) Austin, and Donnia (Bruce) Banning. He was preceded in death by: his parents Troy and Ozell Pendley, and his grandson Levi Jonas Cannon. Visitation will be Sunday, October 15, 2017 at HILLSIDE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 16, 2017 at HILLSIDE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER at 9:30 a.m. with Pastor Bill Gibbs officiating. Burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Troy was a member of Ross Baptist Church. He was also retired from Crawford Door, a member of Carpenter Local 1005, a veteran of the US Navy, and an avid NASCAR and NHRA Race Cars.
