Wayne R. Wallskog

WAYNE R. WALLSKOG VALPARAISO, IN Wayne R. Wallskog, age 75, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2011. He was born on October 23, 1935 in Grovertown IN, Koontz Lake to the late Nestor and Clara (nee Fredrickson) Wallskog. Wayne was a resident of Valparaiso for 31 years (formerly of North Judson, IN), a 1953 graduate of Knox High School, and was a Turn Foreman for Bethlehem Steel Company for 30 years, retiring in 1997. Wayne is survived by his wife, Patricia (nee Hyatte) Wallskog of Valparaiso, IN; children: Steven Wallskog of Portage, IN, Kimberly Wallskog of Valparaiso, IN, and Kevin (Beth) Wallskog of Rochester, IN; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister, Ruth; and brother, Glen (Carol) Wallskog of Culver, IN. Preceded in death by his parents; and brother Ralph Wallskog. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the Dykes Funeral Home, 2305 N. Campbell Street, Valparaiso, IN with Rev. Michael Porter officiating. Interment, Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN.
