AARON GOLDIN Obituary

GOLDIN--Aaron. After a long hospitalization, Aaron passed away July 23rd. He was but 68 and died before he could complete his mission in life. An unusually complicated and unique personality. He was the "accountant's accountant" and brooked no interference in his representation of his clients. He was a partner in the firm of Kurz & Kurz of Jericho, NY and New York, NY for as long we can remember. He first was our accountant while we were part of the New York Real Estate firm of Charles H. Greenthal & CO from 60s to the 90s. The essence of the man can not fit into this column. He had strong opinions about everything. He was the best manager the New York Mets never had. He patronized, every week, what he claimed was the best seafood restaurant on Long Island, "The Jolly Fisherman". He loved his three kids David, Stacy and Jeffrey and David's wife Rory and the adored, Skyler; Stacy's husband Andrew and the newborn, Sydney. Boy, did they all make him proud. Then there was the love of his life, his wife Susan whose premature death left him married to work. Any who crossed his path will have no trouble in recognizing the passing of an almost indescribable person and friend. There is alot that will be missed but it is a small thing that we embrace. Aaron called every day and left the same message, every day, "Call Aaron". Would that we could. Joyce and Bernard West Stacy and Peter Clark Jane West William West
