ROSETT--Atholie Kerner, 94, died peacefully at her home in Woods Hole, MA on Sunday morning June 30, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Henry L. Rosett, MD and mother of Amy Rosett (Martial Othman) of Los Angeles, CA and Jane Rosett of Woods Hole, MA. Predeceased by her partner of 13-years, Roy J. Glauber, PhD of Cambridge, MA; brother, Leighton Kerner of New York, NY; her parents, George and Frances Q. Kerner of Waltham, MA, and countless number of cherished friends. Worked as an interior designer into her 90's. Atholie maintained strong ties to her alma mater, Barnard College, Class of '52. Active supporter of the arts, she served proudly for decades as docent for all of Harvard University's Art Museums, and as board member of Boston Classical Orchestra. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be donated to Rosie's Place, Boston, MA: the first women's shelter in the United States and which Atholie supported since before their doors opened.
