BOB KIRSCH Obituary

KIRSCH--Bob. The Patriarch of our family and beloved cousin and best friend. Our heartfelt condolences to Abbie, Richard, Jo, Billy and Jim. Bob was special in so many ways. He along with his darling Abbie, through guts, entrepreneurial skills and management talent, created Abigail Kirsch, one of the most outstanding catering organizations in America. He loved life as everybody loved him. He adored his children, grandchildren and was excited that he, just recently, became a great-grandfather. He shall be sorely missed by all and we wish that he rest in peace. The Koenig Family

The Westchester Community College family extends condolences to the family of our friend Bob Kirsch. For decades, Bob had been a strong supporter of both the college and the Westchester Community College Foundation. As a Foundation board member, his wisdom regarding business and marketing issues was always appreciated. An unwavering and eloquent advocate for higher education, he and his wife Abby established the Abigail Kirsch Food Services Scholarships. Donations in his memory will go toward building a permanent endowment fund for this scholarship fund.
