Brandt was my neighbor and one of the kindest, giving, and joyful souls I've ever met. We shared really wonderful conversations sitting in the lobby. Though I only knew him for about year and a half and we only got to talk occasionally, his loving spirit was such that you couldn't help but to be touched by it. I will remember and always appreciate the gift Brandt was in my life. Thank you, Brandt. You will be missed.

Brandt was a high school friend of my Daughter with whom I ended up taking piano lessons with. I found him patient, funny, considerate, and a great teacher. I was inspired by his courage and his devotion to his family during his illness, he will be missed.
God bless him and your family.
Sincerely
Elinor Banks
