David Diamond Obituary

DIAMOND--David Arthur, LL.M. Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, Inc. and Young Judaea, The Zionist youth movement of Hadassah, expresses its deepest sorrow at the passing of Professor David Diamond, beloved husband of Shelley Sherman, Hadassah National Board member, loving father of Daniel and Hannah. David was devoted to his family, and carried this passion to his work as a Professor of Law at Hofstra University, teaching both procedure and trial practice in areas concerned with families and children. Prior to Hofstra School of Law, Professor Diamond taught at Syracuse Law School and had been an associate at Hughes, Hubbard and Reed in New York. David and Shelley were dedicated supporters of Zionism, Israel and Young Judaea. We extend our most heartfelt condolences to his loved ones. May his memory be for a blessing, and may the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. Nancy Falchuk, National President Morlie Levin, National Executive Director Rabbi Ramie Arian, National Director Young Judaea
