Rabbi Lincoln was an inspiration to our young family at Park Avenue Synagogue. He married us, officiated several occasions for us, was a driving force behind my daughter´s bat mitzvah, gave us hours of perspective, kindness, guidance, wisdom, and was simply adored. He will live on in my heart always. A great man. Thank you,

We remember Rabbi Lincoln fondly as a neighbor at 993 Park Avenue and as congregants at Park Avenue Synagogue. Our thoughts are with Sara, Simon and Jonathan and their families.

Rabbi Lincoln had a profound and lasting impression on me when I was an early adolescent in Kansas City. He lived in a sketchy neighborhood, so a friend and I walked him home from shul on Friday nights. He was a very special person and understood how to reach every Jew through his wisdom and sensitivity. I´m a better person to have known him.

for his entire tenure at
Beth Hillel Congregation. An avid salmon fisherman and political critic.....he was unique and will be missed

My family and I; notably my late Mother, Miriam Wocasek, of blessed memory, remember how wonderful Rabbi Lincoln was. We loved his sermons, his family and his presence was bigger than life! His legacy continues at Beth Hillel (now Beth Hillel B'Nai Emunah in Wilmette, Il). May G-d grant much strength to Sara, Simon and Jonathan at this difficult time, and, May Rabbi Lincoln rest in peace and may his memory be for a blessing. Amen.

Rabbi Lincoln was a wonderful friend, colleague and mentor. I will miss him and will particularly miss exchanging fascinating rabbinic responsa with him as we did for many years. My condolences to his wonderful children and grandchildren. May his memory be an everlasting blessing!
