I was not aware of Ed´s passing but remember him for mentoring me, his great staff, his organization of our work and his wit. He was a gem of a boss and I just loved to listen to him and learned so much. I´ll miss him. His mom and wife were wonderful as well.

Ed was a good friend when we were all having fun at NCC. He was also the best lawyer we ever had. Age and health caused time to pass. My very best to Lynn. Betsy Quinn
