She was my best friend in the world; she made herself up out of her own dreams and created a masterpiece. I will miss her for the rest of my life.

My husband, Austin Bleich and I spent many a happy time with both Arthur and Esther. Several New Years Eves we all went to the beach in East Hampton and drank champagne to welcome in the New Year. I drink to them now and remember their pride in both Max and Lauren. Deep condolences.
