Evelyn Lane Obituary
Salisbury-Evelyn Jane Lane, 82, of Salisbury, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Rose Czajkowski.
She was a member of St. Frances de Sales Catholic Church. She worked for Salisbury Optical as an optician for several years.
She is survived by a daughter, Karla Lane Christie and her daughter, Sophia Joy Christie, both of Salisbury; a son, Charles W. Lane, III of Salisbury; and a sister, Rosemarie Hobson of Whiting, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Whitfield Lane, Jr. in 2012 and a son, Kenneth Lane in 1981.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Wicomico Memorial Park.
