GEORGE FARIS Obituary

FARIS--Dr. George N., of Palm Beach, FL, passed away at his Park Avenue home in New York. He is survived by his wife, Claudia, his son Ron, and his daughter, Danielle. Dr. Faris was an esteemed entrepreneur and PhD in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. He was the inventor of the rotary heat exchanger. Dr. Faris has since been the CEO of several companies, including Dunbar Development and American International Petroleum Corporation. He met his wife, Claudia Faris, a former beauty queen and volunteer for the Red Cross, 52 years ago in New York. Since then, the couple have donated their time and resources through the Faris Foundation to numerous universities and charities.
