Dear Mickey and Judy, My heart goes out to you both. A chapter has closed on your lives, and on mine too. You were such wonderful neighbors when we were all living in Parkchester, and I always loved your parents best of all my parents'friends. I visited them in Vermont one summer long ago when I was working for the Experiment, and I will never forget the warmth they showed me. Please know that they are both in my thoughts and so are you.

George was a great lawyer, a very good friend and a super teacher. I was an associate when George joined Proskauer and when I introduced myself to him, I addressed him as Mr. Gallantz. He replied "Are you a Member of the NY Bar". When I responded "Yes", he said "Then call me George". Norma and I will miss our annual lunch with him when we were up North. I am proud to say that I was one of his partners. He left his mark on Proskauer's sports practice and will be missed by all who knew him and all who had the privilege of working with him.
