GLORIA SCHWARTZ

SCHWARTZ--Gloria F., passed away peacefully in Newton, MA on December 8, 2022 at age 98. Loving wife of the late Marvin L. Schwartz and mother to Robert M. Schwartz, the late Janet E. Hill and John J. Schwartz. In addition to her sons, she is survived by daughter-in-law Lynda H. Schwartz, grandchildren Joshua D. Hill, Laura E. Schwartz and Jacob A. Schwartz and a great-granddaughter, Daphne Hill. Gloria earned a B.A. from Queens College and an M.S. from Iona College. She worked at the NYC Board of Education and taught English and History at Brooklyn Technical High School. A long-time resident of Larchmont, NY, Gloria was a member of Larchmont Temple and active in Hadassah. Her passing leaves us in gratitude for her life. Interment was private.
