HARVEY MILLER Obituary
Kirkland & Ellis mourns the passing of Harvey Miller. Harvey was a visionary in the world of corporate restructuring, helping to shape the future of countless companies. His dedication to his profession and the many charitable causes he supported inspired all of us. Harvey will be missed dearly, yet his impact on the restructuring world will continue for generations. Professor Miller was a gifted educator. He was generous with his time and was a true mentor to his students at Columbia Law. What a big loss for the legal community. Rest in peace Professor Miller.

My sincere condolences and prayers go to Harvey's wife and their family. I was a very young lawyer when I first met Harvey in 1980. He impressed me then with both his intellectual power and forthright manner. In subsequent meetings and interactions he also proved gracious and fundamentally decent. I will miss his presence.
