Dave and Stan were like family to us. Many happy times, wonderful parties and of course, the opera every year for David´s birthday. We love you Dave and will miss you terribly.

...also, some will remember David as an impresario and his bringing Anna Russell, the great musical humorist, to Jones Hall. What an uplifting gift that was! Thank you, David...!

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. I want you to remember that God is a source of life(Psalm 36:9). This means that God will restore life again.

I've been missing Dave at Pacific Northwest Ballet meetings and shows for a long time. He was a good friend and I am grateful to have known him. I will be sure to attend The Nutcracker December 26th in remembrance of Dave and Stanley, per Dave's tradition.

David was a dear dear friend and a role model for supporting the arts as well as an incredible source of knowledge of them. We had many special times with him and he will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
