Hillel was an original--a distinguished practitioner, a deep thinker, more than willing to share his opinions, and afire with the importance of his mission in the world--to help others and to try to make systems and organizations more capable of doing so.

Hillel always took pleasure sharing his vast store of knowledge. His tireless energy pursuing goals that he believed in and his mental acuity were extraordinary. He was genuinely thoughtful during a difficult time. He will be sorely missed.

To Hillel's family-He was a wonderful, knowledgeable teacher. If ever I had a question of an ethical nature, he was always available to help. The course he offered on End-of-Life was of tremendous value to me professionally and personally. Kathleen Quinn

To the Bodek Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
