Dear Arlene,

No doubt you will be surprized to hear from me. I just learned that you lost Ira last October. I want you to know that through the years I have remembered both of you with great respect and admiration. You were always kind and sincere and I've carried your good wishes and compassion with me.

I hope that you are well. I'm very pleased to know that you have grandchildren in your life; I can imagine the joy they bring to you and I'm sure that you can see Ira in thier eyes.

Very best wishes to you and your family.

Dear Nana,

I just wanted you to know that meeting you and Poppy was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. I thank God that my mom had the opportunity to care for Welsey and Trevor when they were young, b/c I had the opportunity to grow up with them and know you as Nana and Ira as Poppy. We love you and are here for you if you need us.
