After all is said and done, the most important thing in life - in my view - is "family". I lost my father in 1979 to an untimely heart attack and still miss him sorely after almost 30 yrs, so I can relate to the sense of loss and sorrow that you must be feeling.
However, it's a wonderful tribute to Mr. Gindi that your family has flourished, yet stayed close, through the generations. He obviously was an inspiration and guiding influence in that regard. I'm sure he is proud of the strong sense of "family" that you continue to carry on, after his passing.
My sincere sympathies for your loss and best wishes for your peace and healing as time passes.
