Jane... I will miss our long telephone talks and our yearly lunch. You tried so hard to teach me to be tough and assertive. Always loved your stories!!

We grew up together - in New York City, Croton-on-the-Hudson and New Rochelle. Jane was fun to play with, smart in school, an excellent swimmer, a good student in high school, college and graduate school, and talented in the different professional fields she worked. She was an excellent quilter and cat lover and had beautiful gardens. She protected the wildlife around her. Of all my cousins she had the greatest resemblance to our grandmother.
An untimely death took her from us. I cherish the images of the times we spent together as a child in my memory.
