IF I HAD BEEN BLESSED WITH HAVING HAD A BROTHER (WHICH I DIDN'T), JOHN-CLAUDE WOULD HAVE BEEN ... TOP OF THE LIST.
JC, AS I CALLED HIM, WAS UNIQUE. WHEN ONE USES THE PHRASE, 'I LOVE YOU' VS.
'I'M 'IN' LOVE WITH YOU' ... MY REALITY WAS OF THE FIRST ... USAGE.
ONE COULD 'SET' ONES WATCH, AS TO THE TIME OF HIS ARRIVAL OF A GIVEN DATE.
HE WOULD EVEN WAIT OUTSIDE ONES APT. AND RING THE BELL, *** EXACTLY ***
AT THE STROKE OF THE GIVEN TIME.
HE ALWAYS HAD SOME SORT OF 'READING' MATERIAL (BOOK, MAGAZINE, PAPER) WITH
HIM. HIS LOVE OF HIS CATS ... GOES BEYOND DESCRIPTION.
THE MERE MENTION OF HIS NAME, THE 'MEMORIES' - SIMPLY FLOOD MY BRAIN.
TRULY, IN THE FULLEST OF UNDERSTANDING ... A GENTLE SOUL.
AS LONG AS THERE IS BREATH IN THIS 'VINTAGE' BODY, YOUR SPIRIT /MEMORY ... LIVES!
LOVE ALWAYS, TOM.

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of dear, brilliant, witty, opera-loving Jean-Claude. I have fond memories of him in Ogunquit, Maine, enjoying the beach.

My deepest regrets to his family. JC was a good friend -- gracious, witty, and caring. He left us too soon. I will miss him. Barbara Willis
