JEROME DITKOFF Obituary
of Manhasset Hills, NY died on April 10th, 2018 at his home. He was born on August 8, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Brooklyn College and received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He practiced Family Medicine for over forty years. Jerry was married to Adele Liekerman for over fifty years and together they had four sons - Edward, Charles, Jonathan and Michael - and four daughters-in-law - Pat, Beth Ann, Robyn and Tami. Adele predeceased Jerry in 2012. Jerry and Adele were proud of their children and were dedicated and loving parents. Jerry and Adele were also blessed with eight grandchildren - Rebecca (and her husband Alex), Erica, Andrea, Jake, Julia, Max, Ryan and Cassidy. Jerry had a wonderful sense of humor, loved music and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. A private funeral service will be held on April 15. Memorial donations may be made in Jerry's name to the Parkinson's Foundation.

Jerry was a uniquely awesome guy. The best mix of warmth and gruff. With whom would you rather people watch...or to bring to a chinese restaurant? We will miss you.
