John was always very nice and welcoming every time I stayed at the Belvedere. He was a real class act and left an architectural masterpiece for all to enjoy. May he rest in peace in a place as beautiful as the Belvedere!

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember a man who would stop and talk to me at the beach. Someone with a kind word and a man who opened up his home to me and my friends. I have so many good memories of the Belvedere and of John. Rest in peace John.
