83, of Bay Shore, LI, died on May 4, 2018. 42 year employee at Con Edison. Beloved husband of Cecelia "Rusty." Loving father of Elise (Stephen) Smith and Joseph J. (Virginia). Cherished brother and uncle. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center, 45 Park Ave., Bay Shore, NY 11706. Funeral services are entrusted to Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, West Sayville.
