Joe was a favorite of my fathers, Jack Schoemer, at Townley Updike. He came to our house in Briarcliff several times and my sister, brother and I have such fond memories of him. So sorry to hear this sad news. RIP

I have many fond memories of Joe from my days at Capitol Health. I'll think of him every time I order a glass of Sancerre. Rest In Peace, Joe.

We always enjoyed Joe...his humor and friendship. We shared New Jersey Catholic Prep schools, the NROTC, and two years at sea.
